We created a new and improved look, while never forgetting our past because, the truth is, some trends are timeless. Our stores changed but we always remain true to our roots as we set out on the path to industry-leading greatness in a subtle shift from Spencer Gifts to Spencer's. In 2003, Spencer's began operating under new management, further elevating the bar, and continuing down our nonconventional retail journey. We started as a mail order company in 1947 and later opened our first retail store in 1963 at New Jersey's Cherry Hill Mall, where we quickly became an oasis within the mall, offering guests an unmatched experience thanks to our unique merchandising and associates. We are committed to our guests' individuality and appetite for rebellious and buzz-worthy products that represent their unique lifestyle and offer an escape from the mundane. Known for being a pioneer in sexual wellness, call us what you want, but we are here for all communities to celebrate.
